Renting an apartment
Those who are considering renting apartments at Campden Hill Court may find it helpful to be aware of the steps which need to be completed before a tenancy can be finalised.
- Incoming tenants are asked to provide character references from previous landlords.
- They are also asked to sign the guidelines for residents (see below) to indicate that they accept them.
- These documents must be provided to the managing agent before new rental tenants move in.
Removals

The estate manager and his team are the first point of contact for residents on all day-to-day questions and queries. They can organise newspaper and milk deliveries and laundry and dry cleaning. The reception desk will accept parcels and packages for residents. The estate manager also maintains a list of reliable contractors, who have experience of working at Campden Hill Court, and can advise on local services and amenities.
